Save The Clifton Postcards
The Clifton is an Art Deco style cinema built in 1930s here in Wellington. It hasn’t been a cinema for a while now and was most recently a Dunelm store. Dunelm moved out early 2013 and the site was put up for sale. An enterprising (and amazingly talented and well connected) group of locals have banded together to try and raise the capital to buy the site and preserve it for the community.
We’re delighted to be working with them, and this postcard is part of a series which you can find in shops locally to buy, raising funds for the project that has a place in the hearts of thousands of locals, each with their own story of how the Clifton played a part in their lives.
